What Ancient Way Means
In a time when gospel music is often shaped by trend and surface expression, The name “Ancient Way” is rooted in Jeremiah 6:16, reflecting a commitment to return to the biblical foundations of worship and faith.
Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and
walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.”
— Jeremiah 6:16 (KJV)

Meet the Founder
Baraka George
From the time I recognized my passion for music, my journey for more than fifteen years was shaped within a world influenced by contemporary and global musical expressions, often without full awareness of their deeper implications. Through study, prayer, and sustained commitment—and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit—I was gradually led into sacred gospel music, not as a change of style, but as a transformation of purpose.
Through this journey, I experienced healing mentally, physically, and spiritually,
and came to understand that music is not merely expressive, but formative to the human soul. Sacred music, therefore, must be approached as a worship experience, grounded in biblical truth and inward conviction, rather than outward expression
alone.

I hold a clear conviction that sacred music must be understood as an act of worship, not a tool for creating mood. Worship directs the heart toward God, whereas mood directs the heart toward feeling. As Scripture affirms, “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24). In responding to this calling, I committed myself to a reform in gospel music—one that restores reverence, discipline, and spiritual clarity, while engaging modern tools with discernment. Through song composition, instrumentation, and audio-visual production, Ancient Way Studios exists to serve this conviction: to use music as an act of worship and a means of healing and restoration, guiding hearts not toward sensation, but toward truth faithfully expressed through sound.
Inside the Studio

Music Composition & Arrangement
We help musicians and ministries shape songs rooted in biblical truth and sacred
music tradition. Our work transforms raw ideas into clear, well-formed gospel
compositions with strong structure and doctrinal integrity, written for choirs,
individual artists, and special themed church events.

Audio & Video Production
We provide professional audio recording, editing, mixing, and mastering that preserve musical expression while delivering clean, release-ready sound for worship, media, and digital platforms.
Using modern production tools, we also offer high-quality video recording and post-production, creating visually clear and broadcast-ready content for church, media, and online distribution.

Workshop & Seminars
We address these needs through structured music workshops and seminars that
combine biblical understanding, musical training, and practical application. Our
sessions equip individuals, choirs, and worship teams to serve with excellence, clarity,
and spiritual responsibility in ministry contexts.

Voices from the studio

When I first walked into the studio, I was nervous about recording my first single. The team guided me patiently, helped refine my sound, and within weeks I had a polished track I was proud to release.
